I originally wrote this post 5 years ago when I bought my 6th Volvo from Goodwin’s Volvo. Now that I have bought my 7th, I will update it. There is STILL no other place I would go. I call them and tell them I am ready for a new one, tell them what I am interested in, and I arrive to several options waiting for me. The entire process takes about an hour!!! I have worked with Rich Armstrong and his sales personnel for many years, and they are all wonderful. This newest Volvo was a bit of a challenge to learn since the technology in the car is quite extensive. However, they are up to the challenge, as they have Deni Nakonecni on board, who will patiently work with you to learn the ropes. I have had him on speed dial since buying the car, and I am getting more comfortable with its operation. Once I learn it, the new technology really enhances the driving experience. Of course, the service department is superior. Marc Bernier and his colleagues are, without a doubt, the top service personnel in the State of Maine.
