That's why we're happy to let you know that you're able to schedule your next service appointment from the safety and comfort of home and that the Goodwin's Service Team is ready to help by coordinating pick-up and delivery of your vehicle for any of its service needs.
This way you can stay safe while practicing social distancing and sheltering in place, removing the need to physically come to our facility.Â

A:Â | Currently this service option is only for Volvo vehicles. |

A:Â | Yes, but loaners are determined on an as-needed basis and availability. |

Q:Â | How will you get the keys from me if I'm staying inside? |
A:Â | Our team will coordinate with you over the phone when they will come by to pick up your car and discuss the best option for where to leave your keys beforehand for a non-contact experience. |

Q:Â | Is it safe for the Service team to be in my car or for me to use a loaner vehicle? |
A:Â | Yes. We are taking precautions and following CDC guidelines with disinfecting and wiping down all surfaces. |
